I've been running most of my life but started getting serious about it around 2019. Working FT as a personal trainer, having a busy active kiddo, and trying to be a good husband and friend meant that training time was hard to find.
So, I get where people are coming from when they've failed to achieve their goals in the past. Let my over 18 years of experience guide you to the finish line!

My Story
I suffered a serious knee injury in 2013 that sidelined me for many years even after it had healed. Mentally, I was so fearful of doing that again that I'd pretty much stopped doing what I loved.
Since 2019 I've completed multiple OCR races like Tough Mudder, many 5 & 10K+ distances including trail runs, half marathons and have run 2 marathons. All after recovering from my accident.
My future plans are to continue progressing longer race distances and complete a 50k distance in 2025.

I create customized run programming for all levels. My focus is on maximizing the available training time you have based around your REAL LIFE! After your consultation just choose your path and let me do the rest. As you progress on your journey, questions will arise. When that happens, you'll be able to reach me via text and email. Plus you will have the option for a monthy face to face via zoom.
